Sean Lanagan

Sean Lanagan is an attorney licensed in the State of Texas, who has focused his practice in the fields of business and corporate law as well as a unique specialty in Information Law and Data Privacy. Sean has worked for the U.S. Government as an Attorney-Advisor, handling issues ranging from administrative law to labor and employment. Sean graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law with honors, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Risk Management. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Cybersecurity, graduating in the top of his class from the top ranked program in the United States. Pursuant to his commitment to data privacy, Sean maintains accreditation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) for his knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws and regulations. Sean finds his passion providing simple explanations to complex problems, and takes particular interest in AI, Blockchain, and helping start-ups protect their equity.
